The North Florida/South Georgia Veteran Health System (NF/SG VHS) is recruiting for one (1) Program Support Assistant (PCMM, Primary Care Management Module Coordinator) in the Chief of Staff's Office. This vacancy is located at Gainesville, FL.
**THIS INCLUDES ALL OPC/CBOC EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE NORTH FLORIDA/SOUTH GEORGIA VETERANS HEALTH SYSTEM AREA.**

### Responsibilities
The person in this position is the Primary Care Management Module (PCMM) Coordinator for Primary Care Teams within the Gainesville Medical Center under the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System service area. He/she is responsible for the maintaining the PCMM database for all of Primary Care throughout the medical center. The PCMM Coordinator will assist, or provide training, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all administrative procedures related to PCMM operations as well as work closely with the clerks in all primary care settings serving as a PCMM resource person, and will certify PCMM application users to ensure competency. Ensures maximum efficiency of the Primary Care clinic operations through appropriate utilization of resources; support to and involvement in, optimal management information system data gathering; and analysis, validation and presentation. Is a resource to clinical staff in troubleshooting of DHCP, VISTA and Primary Care Management Module (PCMM) software applications associated with the Primary Care Clinic treatment area, and ensures all duties are completed regarding PCMM implementation and utilization.
Performs work in direct support of an administrative area such as: management analysis or operating program analysis for the Primary Care Management Module package. Provides assistance and technical level support from within the Primary Care Service or a comparable setting. Incumbent maintains full responsibility and accountability for PCMM in the Primary Care setting. Recommendations and suggestions to management are necessary to assist them with ensuring performance monitors/measures are being met and to ensure the Health Care System adheres to local, VISN and national guidelines, memorandums and directives.
Performs work in support of general management and/or program analysis functions in which knowledge of the purpose, operation, methodology and techniques characteristic of specific management/program analysis functions are required; specifically for the Primary Care Management Module, which includes physicians' panels and the next available appointment.
Also, assist in clinic profile set up and assignment of encounter form to the clinic.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, .
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-06. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment.
You may qualify based on your experience as described below:Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-06 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled (your resume will be evaluated against the competencies listed below, experience must be clear, and in detail).
